ODISHA CM NAVEEN PATTANAIK orders almost a total lockdown of the state:
5 districts of Odisha and 8 towns will be locked down from 7 AM on 22nd March to 9 PM of 29th March 2020 as is announced by the CM. The districts of Khordha, Cuttack, Angul, Ganjam, and Kendrapada are to be completely locked down. The eight towns include Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Baleshwar, Rourkela, Bhadrak, Puri, Jajpur Town, and Jajpur Road.
In the 5 districts, towns and villages will be completely locked down.
However, bus, train and flight services, groceries, vegetables, and non-veg shops, petrol pumps, medicine stores, essential commodities wholesale markets, hospitals, banks, ATMs, municipalities, Police, Fire Services, ODRAF, administrative offices, drinking water and electricity offices will function normally.
